The Norbert and Friends Missions(NFM – Bright) was founded in 1999 and ammended according to the NGOs act in 2015.
It is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that is not religious and serves all people regardless of religion, race and gender.

Empower children in attaining basic needs such as food, shelter, and accommodations.
Advocate for children’s rights.
Empower families and households on entrepreneurship development to fight
poverty.
Promote Health development of the community particularly to Children.
Promote Education development and accessibility to Children.
Raise community awareness on resource allocation and gender equality.
Advocate for environmental protection, clean water, sanitation, and preservation.
Provide free treatment through Mobile clinics in the remote villages in Tanzania.
To provide medical equipment for the disadvantaged community through the local
Health Centre and Hospitals.
To distribute free medical supplies and equipment and clearing into the hands of
those in need around the country.
To establish health facilities and supervise them.
To establish, coordinate and maintain education training institutions, dispensaries,
health centers, hospitals and inaugurate institutions, such as homes for disabled,
orphans, single mothers, handicapped, street children and Agriculture
Distributing Medical Equipment’s to 48 Health Facilities.
We have helped save the lives of thousands of children by providing essential
Medical equipment’s in remote villages where access to medical services was
previously very limited
Bicycle donation project.
Distributing bicycles in rural areas to enable students without transport to go to school at a low cost. This project has greatly helped the increase of students in school because we have enabled them to get to school easily, from a long distance from the school and their homes where they live.
Medical Camp and Mobile Clinic Project.
With the help of our partners, International Medical Relief from United State of America, we were able to provide free health services to urban areas. This project helped to a large extent to bring back smiles to families who had failed to treat their children due to the high medical costs
Wheelchair donation project
This project was developed specifically to help disabled children who do not have
wheelchair. This project has been part of making life easier for children with
permanent and temporary disabilities.
Entrepreneurship training, Entrepreneurship certificates after training and Entrepreneurship soft loans.
Created specifically to offer financial access to widows and female heads of households, the Norbert and Friends Missions allows previously unbanked to enter into a group savings and loan association by making an initial capital investment into their
savings group.
Achievements
In general, we have been very successful in helping the community living in a difficult environment. as we based much in free health services, we have succeeded in reducing the hardships of urban woman and children’s, but also, we have helped children in schools with various things like bicycle project, as shown in the projects we have done. We have managed to bring back smiles to many needy people. With our various stakeholders and partners.
